Nizhoni is a 15.2 hand Quarter Horse Mare. She has “Dash for Cash” breeding. She was born June 1st, 1995.
Chelsie uses her for her clinics and Demos, playing at liberty and riding bridleless. Nizhoni also helps Chelsie train colts and is Chelsie’s feet. She always knows what Chelsie is thinking. They have a wonderful relationship!
Nizhoni is actually Chelsie’s Mom's (Carolyn’s) horse. But since Chelsie’s main horse had to retire due to ring bone, and her other horse, Tashi, was not yet ready to start under saddle, Carolyn let Chelsie use Nizhoni for a few years. Carolyn did not mind a bit, because now she has a wonderfully trained horse!

Natasha of Faith, or "Tashi" for short, is Chelsie’s new up and coming Star! Chelsie has big plans for Tashi as a great demo and clinic horse.
Tashi has a great ‘want to please attitude’ and loves to be around people. She has a lot of energy (a little too much sometimes) and is a very fast and smart learner.
Tashi loves to jump and Chelsie is looking forward to playing with her natural talents even more.
Tashi is a 15.2 hand mare, and still growing. She was born February 26th, 2005.
Suns Golden Nugget
"Nugget"
Suns Golden Nugget, or "Nugget" for short, is Chelsie’s Tennessee Walking Horse gelding. Nugget is 15.1 hands and was born April 22nd, 2003. Chelsie got him when he was only 5 months old. He was Chelsie’s first baby and the first horse she started under saddle herself.
Nugget is the funniest horse ever! He has a great play drive, and and he loves trail rides. He is very gifted in his gaits, he can walk, trot and canter like a normal horse and then has a wonderful walking horse 4 beat gait. He is also a very good jumper and enjoys it.
Ultra Incredible Star
"Boo Boo"
Ultra Incredible Star, AKA Boo Boo, was born 8-3-96 and is a registered Miniature Horse gelding. Chelsie got him when he was 4 years old. He was started under cart but Chelsie trained him to drive Bridleless.
Shalon is an Arab Welsh cross gelding. He is 14.1 hands and was born in 1997.
Chelsie got him when he was 5 years old. His name before Chelsie got him was Bullet, and he was just that. The owner was trying to run barrels on him and he turned into a runaway horse. The owner was afraid of him because all she could do was try to jump on while he was running. When Chelsie went to try him out she got on and played with him for a few moments. Shalon was a different horse right off. The owner looked over at Carolyn (Chelsie’s mom) and said that was the first time she had seen that horse walk with someone on him in a year.
Chelsie saw the emotionally distressed horse and fell in love.
Chelsie and Shalon had a wonderful time playing at liberty and riding bridleless (riding bridleless not just in the arena, but on trail rides too), doing lead changes in 2 strides, half passes, and jumping. Chelsie and Shalon have the best relationship ever.
Unfortunately Shalon got Ring Bone, Side Bone and Bog Spavin in his legs. Chelsie was able to keep him sound and not in pain for 3 more years with joint supplements and icing his legs after playing with him. But he is now retired and living out his life with Chelsie. She takes him for walks, and when he feels like it, a nice soft trail ride.

Keyah is a 10 year old Mustang mare who was foaled in the wild and taken off the Sierra Nevada ranges when she was about 9 months old. Her name Keyah (pronounced kay-ah) is a Navajo term meaning 'terrain' or 'land', which Kassie thought was appropriate due to Keyah's origins. Kassie got Keyah when she was about 4 years old and green broke. She was sweet, but had major attitude. She was a little too much for Kassie to handle until Chelsie began working with Keyah. Now, thanks to Chelsie the attitude is gone and all that sweetness beams forth. Keyah thinks she should have been born a lap dog and craves human attention. She loves to be scratched and played with, mostly scratched. Sometimes a throwback to the rebellion of the range surfaces, especially when she is asked to do a task she just doesn't feel like doing. But thanks to Chelsie's methods and training Kassie and Keyah are able to work through their 'disagreements' and remain partners. Keyah even kisses Kassie on the cheek at the end of the day in hopes of a pat and a pellet.

Anasazi AKA "Sazi" is Carolyn's American Shetland Pony gelding. He is a huge mover and loves to go!
